Aisha Hamdallah - Administrator
Aisha was introduced to nursing homes at a young age and was fortunate enough to be raised by her loving grandparents in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Her unique upbringing instilled a deep sense of compassion and respect for the senior population and has guided her career and commitment to their wellbeing— which led to her pursuing a college education in Nursing Home Administration at Kent State University. Outside of work, she spends time with her Havanese puppy, Louie, and has a side hobby of creating and designing party balloon decor for special events. |

Christina Williams - Director of Nursing
Christina brings over 20 years of experience in the field of skilled nursing services, including starting her nursing career in 2006. She is proud to serve as Director of Nursing for such an esteemed Nursing facility. Since joining Foundations Health in 2011, she has passionately committed to ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Outside of work, she is a devoted Mother of three and a proud Hockey Mom.

Carla Cuson - Assistant Director of Nursing
I have been an LPN since 2008, with the majority of the time having been a rehabilitation nurse on skilled units. I have been one of the smiling faces here at Riverview on The Greens since 2020. I love being a rehab nurse and seeing the progression that my patients make. I am a huge sports fan with my favorite sports teams being the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland CAVS, and Ohio State Buckeyes. I am a mom of two boys, Marc (10) and Max (2). My oldest son is big into soccer, so yes, I'm a soccer mom! I enjoy reading a good book, jogging to relieve stress, and watching Dr. Pimple Popper shows.

Jackie Santos - Assistant Director of Nursing
Jackie has been a Registered Nurse for nine years. She has been with Riverview Pointe for six of those years and oversees two of our long-term care wings, including our Memory Care unit, Serenity Circle. Jackie loves spending time getting to know the residents and enjoys making their days as bright as they can be. Outside of work, she has started raising chickens and currently has six that lay eggs for her. She also has two boys, a husband, and they all love to be outside as much as they can!

Ashley Montalvo - Unit Manager
Ashley has been a part of the Riverview family since 2009 and oversees Kingston Gardens and Comfort Lane as Nurse Unit Manager. Ashley started as an STNA and later obtained her nursing license and has worked as a charge nurse since 2012. Ashley is very outgoing and is always excited to learn new things. She is always willing to help anywhere she is needed and will put a smile on anyone's face. Ashley loves spending time with her family, especially her baby girl, Lucy, and her two pups. She enjoys spending her summers in Catawba Island fishing on her pontoon boat.

Tanya Campbell - Environmental Services DirectorTanya started working at RVP in September 2021 as an STNA and took on the Environmental Services Director role in 2022. She has been an STNA for over 20 years and says helping take care of her grandparents showed her this was her calling. She knew she wanted to help people. Tanya grew up in Sagamore Hills, Ohio, but also lived in Florida and West Virginia for a while. She eventually decided Ohio was home and moved back to raise her three kids; Brittany (26), Gracie (15), and her wild-child son, Troy (14). Tanya also has a dog named Hunter and a cat named Tiger who are spoiled rotten. When she's not spoiling her pets, she is busy spoiling her fur grandbabies, Nova and Diesel. Tanya is definitely an animal lover! When Tanya isn’t at work, she enjoys going to the park, shopping, fishing, and going on bike rides with her boyfriend on the Harley. |

Monica Bruggeman - Director of Admissions
Monica has been with Riverview Pointe since January of 2018, prior to that, she worked with our sister facility, Huntington Woods, doing Admissions and Social Services. She has been working in long-term care since she graduated from college in 2012 from Bowling Green State University. Monica enjoys spending time with the residents. Making connections and relationships is important to her. She was also an STNA throughout college on an Alzheimer's Care Memory Unit at a skilled nursing facility in Kirtland, OH. Monica has a wonderful husband and two children that she loves to spoil. She also has a Golden Retriever named Piper that she brings to work that all of the residents love to see!

Sara Mallery - Human Resources Director
Sara spent time at Riverview as an intern from August 2020-March 2021 and accepted her current role in July 2021 doing Admissions and Medical Records. She likes learning new things about each position as they are very different. Sara graduated from Kent State University before doing her internship and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her boyfriend and dog, Kobe, going to different parks.

Kirsten Pfaff - Medical Records/Admissions Assistant
Kirsten has a Bachelor of Business Healthcare Administration and then finished her nine-month internship at Keystone Pointe, a sister facility, to get her license as a nursing home administrator. She looks forward to this role in medical records and admissions as she learns to gain more experience to advance her career. Kirsten's number one goal is to help residents enjoy all the benefits of nursing facilities. She has worked in healthcare for eight years in many different settings with direct care of patients as an STNA and phlebotomist. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her fiancée and two daughters soaking in all the precious moments together.

Olivia Botti - Licensed Social Worker
Olivia has worked in Long Term Care since graduating in 2016 with her BSW. She has a background working with mental health and dementia residents. She got married in April 2022 and moved to Ohio in May from Jackson, TN. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two fur babies. Her favorite part of the job is making a difference in her residents and their families' lives.

Jenn Allen - Social Services Designee
Jenn has been with Riverview Pointe since July 2024. Prior to that, she worked at another long-term care facility and a long-term acute care hospital, all since 2016. Jenn enjoys working in Social Services because she is able to help patients and families navigate these uncharted waters known as, long-term care. She graduated from Kent State University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. Jenn has a husband and two children who are both very involved in sports where she spends her time with them on and off the field. She also loves taking walks with her pup, Rudy, a golden lab/shepherd. |

Chris Belford - Business Office Manager
Chris has been with Riverview Pointe since March of 2018 as our Business Office Manager. She has spent many years working with accounts payable and receivable and with residents and their trust funds.
Chris plans to retire in a few years and continue making her own wines. She enjoys taking long rides on her motorcycle with her husband and is always up for trying new things. She especially loves to spend time with her four grandsons.

Betsy Robinson - Staffing Coordinator and Central Supply
Betsy started her career with Foundations in 2010 as an STNA at Riverview Pointe. After caring for our residents for eight years, she transferred to Avon Place and spent three years there before returning to Riverview in 2021. In 2024, she started a new role as Staffing Coordinator and Central Supply. She says she loves her job working in long-term care because she loves to make a difference in our residents' lives.
Betsy loves animals and has seven cats and one dog. On her days off, you can find her in the pool or lying in the sun. She has two boys, Bryan and Brayden, and loves to spend time with them. |

Darcy Keim - Dietetic Technician
Darcy joined the Riverview team in 2024 after moving back to Ohio from Florida. She has been a Diet Tech since 1996 and has experience working in long-term care, acute care, and behavioral health. She says she likes working in long-term care to help those who cannot always help themselves and to make a difference in their lives. She is a proud dog mom of "the cutest" 3-year-old labradoodle named Guinness, or "Big G." In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, checking out different breweries around town, and trying different restaurants.

Mary George-Potting - Activities Director
Mary has been a part of Riverview since nearly the beginning! She started in 2007 in housekeeping and laundry and then joined the activities department where she has grown ever since. She said that activities has been the best job she has ever had. Mary enjoys spending time with her large family and special friends, taking drives, and taking pictures. Going to church and time spent with her Lord is very important to her. She also animal sits for families and friends.

Rebecca Lawrence – MDS Coordinator
Rebecca went to school at the University of Toledo and graduated from the LCCC RN program in 2008. She has worked in long-term care as an STNA for four years and then as an RN. Over the past 12 years, she has had experience as a charge nurse, restorative nurse, Director of Nursing, and currently MDS coordinator. She loves working in the long-term care setting because of the interactions she has with the residents and learning about them, their families, and their past. She is looking forward to many years here at Riverview Pointe Care Center, helping the elderly live out the rest of their lives with love, care, support, dignity, and pride. Outside of work, she likes spending time with her husband of 10 years and her daughter and son. Growing up, she raced Jr. Dragsters and to this day, she and her family enjoy spending their summer weekends watching her brothers race.

Leland Jernigan – Director of Dining Services
Leland Jernigan comes to us with over 20 years of experience in different dietary roles. The last three of them were in healthcare, and prior to that, he worked as a Restaurant Manager. Outside of work, you can catch Leland spending time with his wife and children doing anything his youngest daughter wants. He also enjoys taking care of his mom, who is also his whole world.

Kim Nolan – MDS Coordinator
Kim is our MDS Coordinator and has been a part of the Riverview family since 2008. She has experience working on many specialty units including Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Ventilator Care, Pediatric/MRDD care, MS care and skilled nursing. She really enjoys helping families and residents. Kim is married with two kids who she loves to watch play sports, soccer and lacrosse. She also enjoys going to her parents lake house and vacationing with her family.

Mark Uline - Maintenance Director
Mark has been the Riverview Maintenance Director since 2017. Prior to that, he retired, after 35 years, from doing Maintenance in all 10 Westlake City Schools buildings. He has expert knowledge of heating and cooling and remodeling, as that is what he originally went to school for. You can find Mark fixing just about anything at Riverview. He loves to spend time with his beautiful wife, two daughters, three grandkids and his many pets at home!
