Meet Donna Thoms, our December Employee of the Month at Riverview Pointe! Donna joined our family in August 2021 and has swiftly become an invaluable member of the team. With a warm smile, she graciously welcomes our families and visitors. Donna goes above and beyond by building personal connections with our families, and on Sundays, she adds a sweet touch by preparing desserts for some of them during her shift. Her dedication and friendly demeanor truly make Riverview Pointe feel like home.



Donna truly goes the extra mile, always wearing a smile, especially when tackling special projects with her co-workers. Her exceptional customer service skills shine through, making her an approachable co-worker. Donna's flexibility with her hours has been instrumental, providing that extra support when our team needed it most. We're grateful for her unwavering dedication and positive spirit!

Beyond her dedicated work at Riverview Pointe, Donna cherishes moments with her parents and six wonderful grandchildren. A proud mother of three, Donna's passion for cooking and baking delights us all during her baking sprees, treating us to an array of delectable desserts. Sewing and enjoying Hallmark movies are among her favorite pastimes.
