July Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Brittany Kennard for being selected as July’s Employee of the Month at Riverview Pointe! Brittany has dedicated eight years to our nursing home, starting as an STNA before transitioning to a full-time LPN on Comfort Lane.



Her nursing journey began from a deeply personal place, having cared for her sister during her illness, which inspired her to pursue nursing professionally. For many years, Brittany provided compassionate care overnight, and recently, she joined the day shift team, bringing her big heart and deep knowledge of residents to her role.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys cooking, watching volleyball, swimming, and cherishing moments with her three children—two girls and a boy. In August, her oldest daughter will embark on a journey to become a geneticist in college.
