April Employee of the Month

Meet one of our employees who is dedicated to our Culture of Care, William Videc! William is Riverview Pointe's April Employee of the Month!

William started working at our skilled nursing facility when he was just 15 years old and has been here for two years. He started in our Laundry Department and then moved to our Dietary Department, where he has really shined. William spends his shifts going above and beyond for our residents and his co-workers.



William is a junior at Olmsted Falls High School. He has big plans for his senior year, including work-study programs and community service projects. After graduation, William would like to become a police officer and eventually move up to detective in the hopes of having a career that helps people. When not at work, William enjoys playing football and basketball with his friends and helping out with his little brother. William also enjoys art class and is trying very hard to learn how to play the piano.

William is growing up to be a caring and respectful young man, and he gives all the credit to his upbringing. He is so eager to learn and take on responsibilities to help the Dietary Department in any way he can. His growth as a young man and an employee is a great sight to see. William is proof that the future is in good hands.
