June Employee of the Month

Please join us in celebrating Cody Saxton, our amazing June Employee of the Month at Riverview Pointe!



Cody is a proud U.S. Army veteran who bravely served in Afghanistan in 2010. His military service helped shape the incredible work ethic and strong sense of dedication he brings to our team each and every day. Since joining the Housekeeping Team this past January, Cody has made a lasting impression—especially on Pleasant Valley, where he spends most of his time meeting the needs of residents and brightening their days.

Cody is known throughout the building for his friendly demeanor, hard work, and the genuine care he shows to everyone he meets. Whether it's lending a helping hand or offering a warm smile, Cody always goes the extra mile. His supervisor, Tanya, says it best: “I’m blessed to have him on our team. He’s always willing to go that extra mile to help our residents.”

Outside of work, Cody is a nature and animal lover who has rescued several dogs over the years. He and his wife, Allie, currently share their home and hearts with their adorable pug, Franki—a puppy mill rescue who has quickly become the star of their family! In his free time, Cody enjoys collecting video games, exploring new places (especially sushi spots!), and spending quality time with his wife and pup.
