March Employee of the Month

Meet Aniyah Harrison, one of our dedicated night shift STNAs who spends most of her time caring for residents on Pleasant Valley. Her journey with Riverview Pointe began in 2023 when she attended our STNA classes under the guidance of instructor Sarah, who quickly recognized her as a responsible and dedicated student.



Aniyah has been an aide since 2020 and has big dreams ahead—she hopes to become an RN and eventually work in a hospital trauma unit. With her compassion and strong work ethic, we have no doubt she’ll achieve anything she sets her mind to!

What truly sets her apart is her unwavering dedication to her residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, earning their admiration and trust. Many say she is incredibly sweet and attentive, making a lasting impact on those she cares for.
