April Resident of the Month

Riverview Pointe loves to get to know our residents on a personal level and truly connect with them. We love serving the community here in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, and getting the opportunity to meet the amazing individuals who come into our facility. We wanted to take a moment to spotlight Jeff Smith as our April Resident of the Month!

Jeff has been here at Riverview Pointe for almost three years. He loves the care that the residents receive here and said that they are all very well cared for and everyone is so friendly. Jeff has a great sense of humor. You can always hear his laugh throughout the building. We love having him here!



Jeff grew up in Westlake, Ohio, with his three brothers and sister. He is a big family guy who has always been very close to his mom and siblings. Jeff used to live with his mom and take care of her. Two of his siblings worked in a bar, and they would often get together there to watch the Cleveland Browns play. Jeff and his siblings also enjoyed going hunting and fishing together. Jeff's most loved companion was his white lab, Mandy.

Jeff worked as a roofer for his career and really enjoyed it. He also worked as a Cook at Mr. Steak for some time and says his spaghetti is the best! He mostly enjoyed teaching others how to cook and was so proud when he would go out and have them cook for him.

Congratulations to Jeff! It's a pleasure serving you at our skilled nursing facility.
