December Resident of the Month

Congratulations to James Speigal, honored as Riverview Pointe's Resident of the Month for December! Jim, a Brook Park native and former crane operator at Republic Steel, has a vibrant history, participating in football, basketball, and wrestling at Midpark High School.



Family holds a special place in his heart, with two sons, Dan and JK, and four grandchildren, Ryan, Haley, Devin, and Damian. Jim fondly recalls camping, fishing, and enjoying campfires with his family, as well as traveling to Georgia to visit his brother. His happiness extends to his beautiful wife, Donna, and he treasures marrying her as one of the happiest days of his life, along with the birth of his two sons.

Passionate about golf and cooking, Jim loves making lasagna and fried chicken. He adores Christmas, finding joy in witnessing the happiness of people receiving gifts. At Riverview, Jim has embraced community life, making friends, participating in activities, and especially enjoying the music every Friday.
