February Employee of the Month

Riverview Pointe would like to celebrate our February Employee of the Month, Rebecca Bode! Becca is an Occupational Therapist at our skilled nursing facility.

Becca has a passion for helping her patients develop a new "normal" during everyday life by finding new ways to do the things they want to do throughout their day. She finds joy in making work fun and always has a smile on her face!


_{Rebecca Bode - Riverview Pointe's February Employee of the Month}

Becca graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Walsh University in 2017 after following her dream of playing college softball. She was a Division II pitcher and first baseman during her tenure at Walsh. Becca contributes her work ethic and passion for her work to years of athletics. Becca received her Master's of Occupational Therapy from Walsh University in 2019, then began her career in skilled nursing two years ago.

Becca joined the Riverview team just a little under a year ago. She loves the team of therapists she works with and enjoys the wealth of knowledge she learns from them every day. She shared that the awesome patients make coming to work every day so great and hearing all of their stories.

A fun fact about Becca is that you can always find her wearing OT loud and proud on the fun t-shirts she wears. In Becca's free time, she coaches an Elite Level, 16U Fastpitch team and is a pitching instructor at Leffew Fastpitch. Becca loves spending time with her three-month-old puppies, Finnegan and Chubb, her family, and her boyfriend and friends.
