January Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Dan Lincicome on being Riverview Pointe's January Employee of The Month! Dan has been the Maintenance Assistant here since June and has shown to be an amazing asset to the team. He is always running around the facility doing anything he can to help keep things running smoothly like moving furniture and painting, scrubbing the floors, and bringing in the best snacks for everyone. We love how willing he is to jump in and help wherever is needed.



With 31 years as a boiler maker and four years of service in the United States Air Force, his experience has made him the resilient and hardworking man he is today. Mark, our Maintenance Director, even says that Dan has been the best assistant he's ever had, making our skilled nursing facility truly fortunate to have such a wonderful employee like Dan.

Beyond work, he cherishes family time, especially with his two sons, daughter, and adorable grandson. A golf enthusiast, Dan, along with his wife and trusty dog Buddy, enjoys exploring new camper sites for relaxing weekends.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Dan for all he has done for the employees and residents at Riverview Pointe! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
