Introducing Mary Christian, Riverview Pointe's Resident of the Month for November!
Hailing from Blairsville, Pennsylvania, Mary has three daughters, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Mary has woven a tapestry of family bonds throughout her life. Despite experiencing the loss of two husbands, Robert and Harold, who each shared decades of companionship with her, Mary's resilience and zest for life shine through.
Mary's journey encompasses a career as a Home Health Aide and in the bakery, but her cherished moments revolve around family and simple joys. From caring for her great-granddaughter, Madison, to sharing Bingo nights with her daughter, Jeanie, and delighting in the company of cats and dogs, Mary's life is a mosaic of love and connections.
Residing in Kingston Gardens, Mary's artistic spirit flourishes through adult coloring, leaving beautiful creations scattered around the facility. Reading, cross-stitching, and painting also fill her days with joy. Her love for entertainment shines during weekly activities, often shared with her daughter, Jeanie. In this welcoming community, Mary has forged new friendships, making daily activities a delightful opportunity to catch up with her fellow residents.
