September Employee of the Month

Please help us congratulate Robyn Cisar for being Riverview Pointe's September Employee of the Month!

Robyn has been a part of our Therapy Department as a Certified Occupational Assistant for over two years, starting right after passing her board exams. She immediately loved working with our residents and co-workers sharing, “I absolutely love our team!” She takes pride in the rehabilitation of our residents and being able to enhance their quality of life.



There are so many reasons why we love Robyn. She is a hard worker, a team player, is friendly to everyone she meets, and does everything with a smile on her face. She is willing to lend a hand at any time and will jump in ready to work. With her passion for Occupational Therapy, she is motivated to get her patients to reach their goals in order to go home and achieve what they need to better themselves. Robyn makes such a difference in their lives!

In her free time, Robyn enjoys being outdoors, going to a sports game, and simply sitting on her patio listening to music. She is one of six siblings and her family is everything to her, so tries to spend as much time with them as possible. She loves a good trail or bike ride, and anything on the water makes her happy, especially kayaking. She tries to travel as much as possible and is always up for a road trip. She is actually heading to the Bahamas next month for a few days!

A big thank you goes out to Robyn for the personalized and genuine care she provides her residents on a daily basis. Riverview Pointe wouldn't be the same without you! Congratulations!
