Empowering Caregivers: An Inside Look at Foundations Annual Nurse Skills Fair

Riverview Pointe recently hosted Foundations Health Solutions Annual Nurse Skills Fair for LPNs and RNs from their Northern Ohio facilities. This event was a time of growth and learning as Foundations' dedicated Directors of Nursing and Unit Managers provided hands-on training on essential procedures for patient care. Our caregivers received training on a variety of procedures, including peripheral IV start and flush, urinary catheter insertion, medication pass, central line dressing change, tracheostomy care, enteral med administration, wound vac, insulin pen, PleurX drain, and CPR/code.



The Nurse Skills Fair allowed our team to refine and rejuvenate their practice while fostering relationships between coworkers from fellow sister facilities.
