November Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Sarah Norman, our outstanding November Employee of the Month!

Sarah began her nursing career as an LPN five years ago and has been caring for people as an RN for the last year and a half. Her grandma was a nurse in labor and delivery and she inspired Sarah, with the love and care she put into her job, to become a nurse just like her. She initially wanted to be a labor and delivery nurse like her grandma, but realized it wasn’t for her. Luckily for us, she preferred long-term care and building relationships with the residents and their families.



Her exceptional nursing skills and genuine connections with residents and families make her an invaluable asset. Whether at Pleasant Valley or elsewhere, Sarah's positive impact is felt by everyone. Everyone enjoys being around her!

When she’s not here working, Sarah and her boyfriend, Michael, love to travel. This year, they were lucky enough to make it to Cancun, Las Vegas, Punta Cana, and Key West. She also loves to cook and try out new recipes!
