November Employee of the Month

This November, we are proud to recognize Joyce Russell as Riverview’s Employee of the Month!



Joyce joined our team in late May, and in just a few months, she has made a tremendous impact in our Dietary Department with her incredible culinary talents. As a certified chef with an associate's degree in business, culinary, and arts management, Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge to the kitchen, which our residents have come to appreciate greatly.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary field, Joyce has also run her own catering business, “Chef Joy’s Creations,” known for its delicious "soul" cooking. Her signature dishes, especially her mouth-watering cakes, have quickly become favorites among our residents.

Outside of work, Joyce is a proud mother of four and grandmother to 11 who also enjoys her home-cooked meals. We are grateful for her passion, dedication, and the joy she brings to our residents each day. Congratulations, Joyce!
