Celebrating Sarah's New Role at Riverview
December 15, 2021
At Riverview Pointe, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. Our team is filled with individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible.
Being a part of the Foundations Health Solutions family means that we are dedicated to our residents. We owe it to each resident that walks through our doors to give them the highest level of care and compassion. This value runs deep within our facility and our employees help carry this out through their actions.
In recognizing a deserving employee, we wanted to congratulate Sarah Cochrac on her new role as our Transitions Nurse at Riverview Pointe!
Sarah Cochrac - Transitions Nurse at Riverview Pointe
Sarah has been a Registered Nurse at Riverview Pointe Care Center for the past four years and has now recently accepted a new position as our Transitions Nurse. Her role will focus on resident admissions as well as their discharge back to the community.
To give a glimpse into Sarah's personal life, her love for working with the elderly started at age 12 when she volunteered to work in a nursing home. She has a big family with being one of five siblings and has an adorable 9-year-old puppy named Jazzy. One of her favorite trips was traveling to Australia and in her downtime, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
When asked why she loves working at Riverview Pointe, Sarah responds,
"I feel blessed to have started my nursing career at Riverview Pointe Care Center-I have certainly grown over the years. I love working with my amazing coworkers and spending time with residents. I enjoy being able to use my knowledge and skills to improve the lives of others."
We're so happy to see you grow in our facility, Sarah! Thank you for being such a positive asset!
