February Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our February Employee of the Month, Cindy Rounds!

Cindy is a full-time Registered Nurse who works in Kingston Gardens. She became an RN right out of high school and has been committed to patient care for over 40 years. Cindy has been a vital part of our team for 6 1/2 years! Before joining us, she worked in a variety of roles at Kaiser Permanente until they closed.



Cindy has so many amazing traits that make her the great RN she is. She is detail-oriented, organized, and spunky! She is extremely passionate about her position and is a true patient advocate, caring deeply for her residents. Cindy is an extraordinary caregiver and we are lucky to have her on our team!

Outside of work, Cindy likes to walk on the beach and collect beach glass. She also likes to drive and explore new territory. Though she doesn’t have any animals of her own, she absolutely loves animals, especially dogs, and treats them like royalty when she is with them. A fun fact about Cindy is that for many years, she worked as Santa’s Elf on the Polar Express, reading the famous “The Polar Express” book to children.
