July Resident of the Month

Riverview Pointe is introducing our July Resident of the Month, John Collings!

John has resided at Riverview for over two years and lives in Kingston Gardens. He was born in Los Angeles and moved to Atlanta when he was two years old. His occupation was working for the IRS in tax returns. In 2018, he moved to Ohio to be with his older brother, Charles, who he keeps in touch with daily.


John is a collector of many items; he started with collecting butterflies and then began collecting nutcrackers, which you can see displayed in his room. He has penguins, Star Trek plates and figurines. His favorite Star Wars character is R2-D2 or C-3PO. His favorite vacation spot is in Florida, near Daytona Beach. His favorite food to eat is macaroni and cheese. John used to have a Manchester Terrier named Harry. He is an Atlanta Falcons football fan!
