March Employee of the Month

Riverview Pointe loves getting the opportunity to showcase the amazing caregivers at our premier nursing home. They work tirelessly every day to put our residents' needs first and provide the best care possible. They are true heroes in our community, not because of the career they've chosen, but the commitment and responsibility they took on to care for the seniors and families of Olmsted Falls.

We'd like to take a moment to celebrate Diane Collins as our March Employee of the Month! Diane joined the Riverview Pointe team in September 2022 and has been an STNA for 30 years. She is an STNA who mainly works on The Greens. She also works in our other neighborhoods, helping out wherever she can.

When asked why Diane loves working in long-term care and with the elderly, she shared, “I love to take the time to sit with them and hear all of their stories.” She loves working on The Greens with our rehab residents. Her co-workers say that she is very organized and has a great personality, sharing, “I love working with Diane! She is always willing to go above and beyond,” and “She is an amazing worker, a team player, and is always willing to help anyone."

Diane has two children; a daughter who is 26 and recently got engaged(she is looking forward to helping plan the wedding) and a son who is 29. Diane also had grand-pups whom she loves spending time with. In her free time, Diane loves to cook, be outside and go on hikes, and spend time with her family.

Thank you, Diane, for all you do for our residents. Your hard work and dedication to this team do not go unnoticed!
